Channel is a communication medium connected to the Layanika platform that enables sending and receiving messages from customers within a centralized system (omnichannel).
Through channels, all interactions from various platforms can be managed in a single dashboard without the need to switch between applications.
Currently, Layanika supports the following five channels:

- Webchat
- Telegram
