Percakapan ini memerlukan tindak lanjut dari agen untuk memastikan setiap pesan pelanggan ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat. c. Percakapan Selesai Percakapan selesai\u00a0 pada Layanika adalah fitur laporan percakapan yang telah selesai ditangani oleh tim dan tidak lagi memerlukan tindak lanjut. Status ini menandakan bahwa kebutuhan atau pertanyaan pelanggan telah diselesaikan oleh agen\/pengguna. d.
