Roles are used to manage and control user access within the system based on their assigned roles. With this setup, each user can only access features that align with their responsibilities.
User Role Types #
1. Administrator
- Has full access to all system features.
- All menus and actions are enabled by default.
- Access cannot be restricted for security reasons.
- Can manage access permissions for:
- Supervisor
- Agent
2. Supervisor
- Has limited access (not full like an Administrator).
- Can manage access permissions for Agent.
- Cannot modify or manage Administrator permissions.
3. Agent
- Does not have access to permission settings.
- Does not have access to the User Role Permissions.
- Performs operational tasks based on assigned permissions.
Configurable Menu Categories #
Access permissions can be configured based on the following main menu categories:
- Dashboard
- Online Chat
- ContactĀ
- Broadcast
- Report
- SettingsĀ
Permission Types #
Permissions can be configured to control user access within the system.
Each menu includes several types of actions that can be managed:

How to Manage Permissions #
Go to the Settings > User Roles. Then select a role from the Select RoleĀ dropdown (Administrator / Supervisor / Agent). Once done, click Save Permissions.
