The Inbox Panel displays a list of all incoming and outgoing conversations across multiple communication channels.
The Conversation List includes three message filters:
- All: Displays all conversations.
- Mine: displays conversations assigned to the user/agent
- Unassigned: displays conversations that have not yet been assigned to any user/agent, meaning no agent is currently handling them
Receiving New Messages #
All new messages will appear in the Inbox Panel. New contacts are unassigned by default.
Replying to Messages #
Click the message you want to reply to, then respond through the message input box. When replying, you can attach files or include emojis in your message.
Tag #
To simplify customer message handling, users can organize conversations by assigning Tag to each contact. This feature allows users to view contacts and their messages more specifically based on the labels assigned to each customer.
How to Assign a Tag to a Contact:
Click the Contact menu, then select the Tag icon from the left-side menu. ClickAdd Tag” enter the tag name (and description if needed), then click Save
Click the Contact icon in the left-side menu, then select the contact you want to assign a tag to based on your needs.
