Report feature in Layanika provides a summary of data and analytics related to platform usage, customer communications, and operational performance within a specific period. This feature helps businesses monitor performance, evaluate activities, and make data-driven decisions.

a. Using the Date Filter in Reports #
Users can filter report data based on a specific time range using the date filter feature.
Klik pada kolom tanggal yang tersedia. Pilih rentang tanggal pada kalender. Jika sudah, pilih tombol Select to display data based on the chosen period.
b. Downloading Reports #
Pengguna dapat mengunduh data laporan. Laporan dapat di unduh dengan format csv.
Pastikan anda telah memilih rentang tanggal laporan sesuai periode yang diinginkan. Klik tombol Download CSV yang terdapat pada halaman laporan. Sistem akan secara otomatis mengunduh file laporan dalam format csv.
